MIAM Cafe - Fort Lauderdale

Miam Fort Lauderdale is a 2,000 sf restaurant buildout that was formerly an outdated Dunkin Donuts.  M Denis Construction together with our subcontractors designed the electrical and plumbing for the new concept, working closely with the Owner, equipment Consultant and the Interior Designer we were able to re design the power requirements for the new equipment and the plumbing outlets as well, saving Ownership time and money. The new millwork thru out the space, new lighting and the new flooring gave this dull space a new vibrant and luxurious look.

Caffe BOMBON - Dolphin Mall

This 1,800 sf candy and coffee shop is adjacent to Factoria de Azucar in Dolphin mall.  New flooring with brass inserts and custom millwork with backlit glass shelves give the space a bright and welcoming feel. Working closely with the Interior Designer and Millwork Manufacturer assured a seamless look and installation inside all the custom arches.

Factoria de Azucar - Dolphin Mall

This 6,000 sf restaurant was fully renovated, new custom-made furniture , Custom Millwork and new flooring with Herringbone pattern and brass inserts thru out the restaurant was also installed. M Denis Construction and our Subcontractors closely coordinated with the Interior Designer and the mall Management to bring the design intent to life. Sometimes this consisted of overnight work in order not to disturb the guest's experience. The result was a stunning space inside and out. Some structural alterations were also made to accommodate the grand chandelier at the center of the main dining area, this 8-foot fixture was securely fastened to the building's structural beams, the result is a grand Chandelier that is the focal point of the restaurant.

MIAM Cafe - Wynwood

M Denis Construction fully remodeled this 2,300 sf restaurant and kitchen in 4 months. Working only nights, In this restaurant as well as in the restaurant in Fort Lauderdale ,  M Denis Construction together with our subcontractors designed the electrical and plumbing for the new concept, working closely with the Owner, equipment Consultant and the Interior Designer we were able to re design the power requirements for the new equipment and the plumbing outlets as well, saving Ownership time and money. We were able to update the restaurant with Custom millwork on all the walls, new lighting, new flooring , redistribute and upgrade the kitchen and restrooms all while ownership remained open during their regular business hours. More over, M Denis Construction and their sub Contractors fully cleaned and placed furniture back into place every night so that the restaurant staff could arrive at 7AM the following morning and immediately open its doors for business.

Batch Gastro Pub Brickell

Built in an empty shell on the grounds of the Hampton Inn, this 8,700 square foot restaurant was the first of a chain of restaurant bars in South Florida. Designed by Tom Telesco, the large sized oval bar is the focus of the restaurant while the brick walls give it a warm inviting feel. In the kitchen, a 20 ft hood and a separate hood for the pizza oven and walk in freezer was all installed. The project was a combination of City of Miami Inspections and private provider inspections.

Batch New Southern Kitchen & Tap: Fort Lauderdale

The restaurant located in the trendy Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale, has 25 ft ceilings, a 1,700 sq ft kitchen with one 30 ft hood, a separate 10 ft hood in the prep area and 1400 sq ft of inside dinning. With a new deck and awning, a total of 1,200 sq ft of outdoor dinning was created. The project was a complete interior remodel and the exterior structural work for the deck and awning. M denis Construction together with the owner, designed all the finishes for the interior and exterior of the restaurant. Saving the owner in the neighborhood of $30,000 in design fees. Together, we specified lighting in the main dining area and accent lighting throughout the restaurant, flooring, bar, millwork, and featured walls. The total construction timeline for the project was 6 months, the owner was able to open for New Year’s 2021.

Zuma Miami - Downtown Miami

Interior remodel and expansion of the private dining area at Zuma Miami. We took some of the kitchen BOH space and added it to the existing private dining area. We fully remodeled the area with NEW feature walls and ceilings including a new sake display.

La Muse Café - Downtown Miami

3 Chef’s - Brickell

This 2,200 sq ft design build restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hampton Inn. We designed and built this restaurant with our team of Architect and engineers. Total Construction time completed within 6 months.

Taula Mediterranean Restaurant - Wynwood

This restaurant build out was finished on schedule by working closely with ownership, the design team and the building’s Management team. The design was clean and simple with exposed CMU walls and stained concrete floors.

Taco Bell - Southland Mall

This build out was done mostly after hours while the mall was closed so that the patrons and tenants wouldn’t be bothered. Our team seamlessly coordinated with Taco Bell Corporate, franchise ownership and South Land Mall Management to complete the build out on time and without disturbing the guests and surrounding retailers. New kitchen and equipment was installed as well as front counter to the food court including signage.

Sbarros - Miami Beach

This famous franchise is located in the corner of Washington Ave and Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach. An interior buildout, the owners wanted to add their own twist to the pizza chain and we built an area within the space to serve fresh made Gelato. Cutting the existing concrete slab to make way for all the new sewer and grease lines, a new 10 ft by 15 ft walk in cooler was installed, as well as an inground grease trap. A detached structure to house the trash containers and recycling for the shopping center.

Cocolimon Frozen Yogurt - Coral Gables

In the heart of Miracle Mile in Coral Gables Florida, this frozen yogurt shop opened at the height of the craze for frozen yogurt. We took over the build out from a contractor that defaulted on the contract. Our team worked together with the owners and we were able to help him make up some lost time and finish the project closer to his original budget even after the previous contractor defaulted.

Granier Artizan Bakery - Sunny Isles

This well established artisan bakery has over 30 locations in Spain. This location was the first bakery in the United States, we coordinated with their design team and patiently guided ownership through the permitting and construction process in the States. We walked them through the whole process step by step so that they felt comfortable with the construction and most importantly, the results. With our bilingual staff, we were able to communicate clearly and concisely, making them more comfortable with the process. The result was an amazing bakery , great finishes including millwork and a new satisfied client.
