This build out was for an owner who we had previously done some projects for. This retail space was done mostly after hours while the mall was closed so that the patrons and tenants wouldn’t be bothered. Our team seamlessly coordinated with Pandora interior designers and Architects, franchise ownership and South Land Mall Management to complete the build out on time and without disturbing the guests and surrounding retailers. All furniture and case goods provided by Pandora were installed in the pre coordinated and built spaces. New store front windows, facade cladding and signage was also coordinated and installed.

This 24,000 sq ft property located in West Perrine in Miami, Florida was once a Bowling alley built in the 1970’s called Piper Lanes. The concrete and steel roof joist structure had weathered well. We started by splitting the property in half and building an indoor swim school on one half of the property. The construction consisted of a 49 ft by 25 ft indoor swimming pool, state of the art pump and a dehumidifier room . We also built a parent viewing area behind impact glass panels so parents could sit comfortably in a climate control area while watching their kids swim.

What was once a plumbing supply, we turned into an indoor swim school, in this 8000 square foot warehouse we built a pool, state of the art pump room and dehumidifier room along with 6 bathrooms, shower area and a parent viewing area.

This was the second location we built for this client, we converted this warehouse into an indoor swim school with the call center located on the 2nd floor offices. With a 28 ft x 45 ft swimming pool and state of the art pump equipment room with uv lighting, dual granular Media filters and pulsar Chlorinator. Our team seamlessly coordinated all shop drawings, submittals, as well as all revisions to the drawings with the pool designer Aquadynamics, the pump equipment room provider ESI and the Architect Moiño / Fernandez Architecture. The end result was a facility that was built exactly as it was designed and it operates exactly as it was intended.
