Meet Mario Denis
As the owner of M Denis Construction, Mario Denis brings over 30 years of experience in construction and design that has allowed him to rise in the construction industry. His passion for construction and architecture has allowed him to grow the company and to better serve his clients.
Responsible for overseeing all facets of M Denis Construction, including strategic direction and growth, Mario also drives the development and construction process from operations to job sites. As an expert in his field, his portfolio includes plenty of examples of his success in making the dreams of his clients a reality bringing excellent attention to detail, craftmanship and prompt project turnaround time. He was involved in the construction process of the Ocean Blue condo building featuring 140 units on Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL and the Tuscan Place HUD with 211 units in Miami River, FL. Most recently, he has been involved in commercial projects, retail jobs, restaurants, luxury high-end residential projects, and historical restoration and preservation of buildings with historical significance.
Mario’s forward-thinking perspective and his perfectionism has allowed him to manage these projects to the satisfaction of his clients. His abundance of loyalty, honesty and integrity are reflected not only in his character as an individual, but also in his business leadership. These traits are the cornerstone of the company’s core values.
Mr. Denis thoroughly enjoys collecting antique cars, attending antique auctions, and offshore fishing as well as enjoying and spending quality time with his family.
